Unit 01 / Garden View, Ground Floor

This was my second time staying in unit 1 and it was absolutely perfect! The condo itself is lovely, like a home away from home and decorated beautifully. The decor has been updated since the first time I stayed in 2017 and it's GORGEOUS. Anything you think you might need - kitchen supplies, puzzles, games, books about Cayman, anything really - it's all there! The garden view is beautiful as well, as others have said it's nice to be able to hang out away from the midday sun. And I don't think you could ask for a better waterfront. You really are right there on the ocean, the water is gorgeous and calm and the snorkeling is incredible! This time I saw stringrays, squid, and even a couple of sharks! The staff at the condos are wonderful as well, always helpful and friendly. Melinda herself is a wealth of information and has plenty of recommendations for excursions! The condo is also on the bus route which makes it easy to get around without a rental car. I would not dream of staying anywhere else in Cayman!

We were very pleased with our stay at Christopher Columbus Condos. Our only suggestion would be to add additional umbrellas on the beach or in the rental units for guests to use as sometimes all were in use.

This property is amazing! Away from the larger hotel chain area. Staff was wonderful and friendly.; office and housekeeping and pool staff! Peaceful and beautiful place to stay.

This was our second time staying in this condo unit and it was wonderful yet again. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Very short walk to the gorgeous beach and pool. The beach is not only beautiful but far from the cruise ship crowds which is why we chose this place again. Very quiet and relaxing. Condo was the perfect size for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Grand Cayman.

This was our eighth trip to this unit. Everything was great as always. Nice people and one of the best beaches on the island. What else could you ask for?

This is my third time to stay at Christopher Columbus and it’s perfect every time. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to cook in if you wish. The two bedroom condo had bathrooms in each bedroom and the entire condo had been updated and freshly painted inside and out. Beaches at Christopher Columbus are the cleanest on 7 Mile; you won’t find better especially for the great value. We will be back!

Wonderful experience. Condo was fabulous with wonderful amenities, great design and comfortable. Loved the garden side which was a respite from the intense sun. Beach and pool was just a few feet away. Beautiful pool. Had lots of sand toys for the grandkids. Snorkeling was perfect right off the condo - even saw a turtle and stingray. Cocktails on the beach at sunset was perfect. This condo had the best amenities in a kitchen I have experienced. Will definitely return to this unit

Iris and the rest of the staff are outstanding. They are very welcoming and thoughtful in their work.

As usual. The staff was wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beach was pristine. The snorkeling was amazing within swimming distance of this complex.
