Ideal vacation home for families or couples looking for a getaway. The condo is a recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on one of the most beautiful (and quiet) parts of Seven Mile Beach. In addition to having one of the largest stretches of beach on Seven Mile, Christopher Columbus has large grassy grounds, a full size swimming pool, toddler pool and fountain, multiple gazebos, beach chairs, swings, and hammocks. It is the ultimate location for relaxation and fun. | | This unit features 2 large flat screen TVs (1 is a 55" smart TV) with local cable service. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom (walk in shower). The second bedroom has two beds - a queen size bed and a single bed and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. There is a small desk area to set up a laptop and the unit comes with local phone service and WiFi (which even keeps you connected with high speed internet access on the beach!). The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes. We also try to make you feel at home with a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, a Crock Pot slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster, and blender. | | The condo is a 2nd floor garden view unit with a "peek a boo" ocean view. With only 30 units, the complex is small so although our unit faces the garden, you are still just steps away from the pool and beautiful Caribbean sea. | | Housekeeping and fresh towels are provided daily as part of your stay. There are laundry facilities on the ground floor by the Manager's office if you need to do laundry. | The complex is well maintained and has a manager who lives on site to help with anything that is needed. We also live on island so can help with any recommendations or things you need during your stay.
*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 15 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.

This is our third time staying at Christopher Columbus and every visit has been wonderful. The staff are helpful and professional, they treat you like family. The unit was SPOTLESS. The beach is the best on seven mile beach. The beaches are not all the same: some are shorter, some are rocky, Christopher Columbus beaches are they best. I travel often and can honestly say there is nothing to improve upon, the unit, beach and staff are perfect.

My family came here for 7 days. This condo was immaculate & cozy. It was located near great restaurants & beaches. The staff were so friendly & hospitable! It was wonderful having a home away from home, with daily maid service. The condo has a quiet beach with cabanas & a great pool! This is a condo I look forward to renting next year!

Christopher Columbus Condos makes you feel special and welcome the minute you check in. The staff are exceptional and caring. Josephine was a delight at check in and throughout our reservation process. Patricia our housekeeper was a delight. She takes pride in her work and it shows!
The property is top-notch! Best location by far on SMB. Nice private beach, clean, big pool that overlooks the beach. The sand is super soft and luxurious. And that WATER...clear as glass and nice and warm. Obviously, we don't have anything bad to say, other than goodbye! Loved every minute of our 9 days!
