Enjoy a little piece of paradise in this garden view unit that's only steps away from the beach! Master bedroom has a king bed. Guest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. Kitchen is well equipped with granite counter top. Kitchen, dining and living room are open concept. The unit has a hammock available.| | The unit is on a 30-condo property that includes a fantastic staff and Monday-Saturday housekeeping service, so you can fully kick back and relax during your stay. Other property amenities include a fresh water pool, zero-entry kiddie pool for children, grill for barbecuing, and attractive thatched-roof huts for lounging in the shade on our private stretch of the beach. There's a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.
*Our Garden View units are designed for groups of 4. A select amount of our Garden View units such as Unit 25 have added a Queen + Twin bed in the second bedroom allowing for 5 guests to occupy the unit. Due to the extra condo usage of any party exceeding 4 guests, a surcharge will be added for the 5th guest of $50/night.
** Please Note: There are no elevators on the property.

We absolutely loved the Christopher Columbus Condos. Unit 25 was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The grounds and beach were beautiful and we loved that we could easily get a palapa everyday. We walked the beach in both directions and decided the area in front of Christopher Columbus is one of the best spots on 7-Mile Beach. Planning to return next year!

This was our 3rd time staying at CCC and it was spectacular!
The accommodations were great and any bumps in the road are swiftly taken care of by management. The beach and turquoise blue water are pristine! Getting a cabana and a chair was never a problem for beach bums like us as long as you are on the beach early and after all, isn’t that why you came, to enjoy the beautiful beach and magnificent view!

Just a fantastic place to stay on the island - small, excellent friendly staff and terrific amenities. Our 7th time staying there and will be back!
Our family was so impressed with our experience at Christopher Columbus. Our unit was very clean and comfortable! The entire property was very well maintained. We loved spending time at the pool and beach and it was hard to go back home! The staff was very helpful and we would definitely go back!
