Our honeymoon at Christopher Columbus Condos was absolutely perfect! Located right on the stunning Seven Mile Beach, the property was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained.

We loved snorkeling right off the beach, where we encountered wild sea turtles, stingrays, and a colorful array of fish—no expensive excursions needed! The beach cabanas provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the ocean views.

We highly recommend Christopher Columbus Condos to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with fantastic snorkeling. It was the ideal place for our honeymoon, and we can’t wait to return!

The weather was so windy that we couldn't snorkel until five days after our arrival. Being right on the beach made it possible for us to maximize the time we had left on the condo's beach. When we finally got in (Thursday) there were loads of fish within 25 yards of the sand.
The unit was a perfect fit for the five of us. The separate baths and bedrooms gave us room for privacy while the open areas inside and on the balcony were spacious enough to let us all be together without feeling crowded. Though the management clearly states that chairs can't be reserved, we found that guests ignored the clearly posted rules preventing anyone from reserving a chair for the day. Some people collected chairs, grouped them within a palapa by 8 am and then left towels and gear all around until early evening so no one else could use any of their collection. Heavy winds and rain destroyed a lot of property in the area but nothing at the condo.

We had a wonderful time in a 3-BR 3-Bath condo at Christopher Columbus. The view from the 3rd floor was incredible! The unit was spacious, well-furnished, and very clean. The excellent and friendly housekeeping staff came in daily to clean and replace towels. The grounds were beautiful - we loved sitting under the shady cabanas on lounge chairs overlooking the beach and ocean. Snorkeling in front of the condo was great! We had a very nice time.

We returned to Christopher Columbus after being away 23 years. Everything on the property was the same yet better! The penthouse unit was excellent. Very well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony was heavenly. The staff here are the most warm and gracious we have experienced during all of our travels. Looking forward to returning.

This was the fifth time we have stayed at Christopher Columbus, each time we have had a great experience

We stayed for seven nights, and everything was absolutely perfect. The condo is so clean and comfortable, has an incredible view, and the kitchen has everything you would ever need to prepare a meal. The bathrooms are all renovated and beautifully designed. And the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The property is gorgeous and very well maintained. And the staff could not be nicer! Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and kind. It truly is a slice of heaven.

We rented PH#28 for 2 weeks this December and were so happy with the property and especially the professional and super friendly staff. We cannot say enough good things about the office & staff! The beach is beautiful and the grounds are great, including pool and numerous covered palapas. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a perfect stay. The view is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms renovated. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. We visited CC with 3 other families and I will say that the other units had renovated kitchens and updated furniture, but everything is comfortable in this unit. CC is just fantastic. It is close to amazing snorkeling. They just installed new pickleball courts across the street. They maintain the property pefectly. We will definitely be back.

We spent a week in Unit #28. This is the unit to rent. First of all, this unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This works out great for 3 couples. We didn't stumble over each other in the bathroom all week. Next, this unit has everything you need. All you need to bring is a toothbrush. We cooked, ate, enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor. The water spout out in the ocean was awesome. We were located centrally, so all of our diving was quick to get to. The tennis courts are right across the street so that's great. I saw they were installing 4 pickleball courts and were completed when we left. Excellent! The pool was so relaxing and we loved sitting under the cabanas and watching the sun set every night. The grounds and pool are are maintained impeccably. There were 2 big gas grills to cook on and ample parking. The beds were so comfortable as were the towels. If you're thinking about forgetting the world for a week or longer...this is the place.

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous pool and beach area. Snorkel right off the world famous 7-mile beach in crystal-clear water to see tropical fish, lobster, reef. So many shore scuba diving opportunities nearby. Great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. The people are friendly and welcoming. Unit 28 provides everything you need for a wonderful and comfortable time in the Caribbean! The kitchen has everything you need for those who want to prepare meals in the condo. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, lights, fans, outlets for charging electronics. There are plenty of balcony furnishings for everyone to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. We have been several times and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!

Had an absolute wonderful time in Cayman on our dive trip - rented #28. Very spacious three bedroom, three bathrooms (impossible to find) AND full kitchen. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and one full bedroom with bathroom right outside the bedroom door to accomodate possible guests. To top it off the unit has a stunning view overlooking the water. With six divers and all equipment, we were never in each other's way. The newly installed tankless water heater accommodated three showers going at the same time. A great feature.Could not have asked for a more suitable location on the island. Close to great dive sites, restaurants, shopping and the airport. The snorkeling right out the back of the condos was phenomenal too. Very nice cabanas in the back just off the water's edge with a pool and a wading pool for small children. One shower in three beach exit locations rinse sand off. Charcoal grills are provided for a cookout. Beach towels in each unit that can be swapped for clean ones. It seems they thought of everything. The icing on the cake was the unit we stayed in that accommodated three couples.We are very grateful to have found this gem and will be returning
