All of these cafes & restaurants offer the beloved drink that so many of us hold dear (several below offer full coffee/latte/cappuccino options)!

South West Collective

Location: George Town | Map It
Head to South West Collective for beautiful morning views, delicious breakfast bites and scrumptious cappuccino—all in a trendy, cheerful environment. Located at the south edge of George Town on the second floor in Harbour Place, large windows face the Caribbean Sea. It’s a great place to start the day.
Driftwood Grill
Breakfast Service: Daily, 7:30 am - 10:30 am
Location: Near the Golf Course on North Sound | Map It
Tucked away on North Sound at the Grand Cayman Resort, the Driftwood Grill is an easygoing spot for starting your day. While set a ways from the shoreline, one can enjoy the breeze and views of the North Sound from the outdoor seating area. The menu is equipped with breakfast classics like Eggs Benedict and The Mainlanders Breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, toast & jelly). It also boasts fun island nods like the Pina Colada French Toast and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Omelet.
Coconut Joe’s

Another easygoing spot for breakfast is the longstanding island bar & restaurant, Coconut Joe’s. Choose from Blueberry Pancakes, the All American Breakfast and others. Expect quick service and great prices.
Icoa Cafe
Breakfast Service: Mon-Fri, 7:00 am - 11:30 am; Sat, 7:00 am - Noon; Sun, 8:00 am - 3 pm

Icoa Cafe is a proper bakery and cafe. They have so much to choose from—think pastries, breakfast bowls, omelets, pancakes, sandwiches and more! Their claim to fame is the island’s “Most Favourite Almond Croissant”. Of course they have a full spread of coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and additional breakfast drinks, too. Pictured above is their yummy granola bowl. This is a popular place to pop-in and luckily they have ample seating in their trendy dining areas.
Water and the Elephant

Location: Cayman Technology Centre in George Town | Map It
Water and the Elephant is a charming coffee bar & eatery off the beaten path. Hidden in the mid-town area of George Town you don’t want to miss this gem. A thoughtfully curated menu that includes breakfast sandwiches, burritos, an impressive house special (which includes eggs, greens, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and more), smoked salmon (swoon!) and more. Plus you can’t beat their delicious coffee menu (which includes cappuccinos, lattes…the works) all brewed with beans from Partners Coffee. You’ll feel like such a cool local after discovering this one.
Jessie’s Juice Bar

Location: Camana Bay | Map It
Jessie’s Juice Bar is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. Located in Camana Bay, it’s proximity to one of the main parking lots makes it super easy to access. As the name suggests Jessie’s serves healthy smoothie options. They also have savory dishes available and a full coffee bar. Happiness radiates from the bubbly atmosphere.
George Town Yacht Club
Breakfast Service: Sat & Sun, 8:30 am - 11:30 am

George Town Yacht Club only serves breakfast on Saturday & Sundays, but they have quite the spread of options. The menu boasts many savory items, pancakes and more. We love that they feature the local favorite Ackee & Salt Cod. If you haven’t had ackee before, it's from a fruit grown on island and when cooked has a consistency similar to scrambled eggs. Mixed with the salt fish it’s very tasty.

Eats Cafe has all the feels of a classic American Diner including a wonderful counter bar with red leather barstools to boot. Grab a seat at the counter and watch the kitchen sizzle up tasty dishes, or grab a seat in one of the red leather booths. The menu is chalk full of great options at great prices.
Island Naturals

If you’re looking for a healthy breakfast that’s thoughtfully prepared you will love Island Naturals. Most of their menu is plant based, but they’ve expanded their offerings to include a few dishes with lean protein at their newest location in The Grove. Whether you always eat plant based or you’re a regular meat eater, though, you’ll enjoy this food. Very tasty ingredients make for delightful dishes! Their original location is great for come and go (they do also have a few seats for dining), while their new location in the Grove is designed more for savoring the dining experience with friends and family.

Cimboco is an island style diner with a come-as-you-are spirit, great food and accessible prices. If you’re looking for an easy-breezy breakfast option Cimboco fits the bill. They’ve got a large breakfast menu with eggs, sandwiches, breakfast pizza, pancakes and much more to satisfy your hunger.
