All of our units offer access to our expansive beachfront property on world-famous Seven Mile Beach. And, the condos themselves provide all the comforts of home with an open concept layout featuring a family room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. And while there are four types of units available: Oceanfront Ground Floor, Oceanfront Second Floor, Oceanfront Penthouse and Garden View—we truly can’t pick a favorite (we love them all!). We can however help you understand how each type of unit compares — and what makes each one unique and worth considering for your next Cayman getaway.

Oceanfront Ground Floor Units

Looking for a beachfront condo that blends luxury with ultimate convenience? Our Oceanfront Ground Floor Units are just the ticket. From these units you get a beach front view and can walk straight out to the beach at ground level—making them perfect for anyone who prefers or needs stair-free access. Of course the convenience costs a bit more than their sister units: Oceanfront Second Floor Units. But you’ll feel like an a-lister walking out your back door directly to a lounger on the beach.

Oceanfront Second Floor Units

The star feature of our Oceanfront Second Floor Units? The breathtaking view. Perched one story above the beach, these units offer a magnificent perspective of Seven Mile Beach and the horizon. The balconies also provide a touch more privacy than the patios on the ground floor. They do come with one flight of stairs to climb, but that will feel like “no thing” when you walk in and feast your eyes on the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Oceanfront Second Floor Units are available in a 3-bedroom layout or a 2-bedroom layout + expanded living room space (with a den).

Oceanfront Penthouse Units

If you're willing to climb one more flight, our Oceanfront Penthouse Units offer next-level views. Literally. With a panoramic vantage point over the Caribbean Sea, expansive windows, and a larger patio, these top-floor units bring the “wow” factor. The units themselves also have more room if space is something you’re searching for. Of course, basking in the best views available will cost more, but it’s worth it if you’re looking to treat your senses!

Garden View Units

A hidden gem among our offerings, the Garden View Units provide lush tropical surroundings, privacy, and unbeatable tranquility. And you’re still only steps away from Seven Mile Beach. From the ground floor Garden View units just walk out your door and round the corner. From an upper floor, a quick stroll downstairs and around the corner brings you straight to the shore. The glory of the beach awaits! Plus, these units offer the best pricing out of the four unit types.

All Garden View Units offer 2 bedrooms.
